Trapped in his own Hell that resembles a timeless Sitcom, Dante must use what information he has to figure out why he’s there. Trapped with him are his Mother and Father, mere puppets who represent how he perceives them. They all live in fear of the show’s titular pet, Dennis, adisembodied entity that controls the world. Dante believes the truth liesoutside a door in the corner he cannot seem to get to. He finally recalls a painful memory of his past, and more so how his parents neglected to help. Dennis steps in to reveal that escape was always possible if Dante chooses to face the real world. Now remembering the past, he chooses to stay, repeating the vicious cycle.
